A Case Study On The Application Of Budget Management Information System In M Company

M Company is a state-owned enterprise with regional real estate development,construction,operation and management,to provide high-quality residential products and professional supporting services for employees in the region.M company now has three major information systems:Business Management System,Financial Management System and Fund Management System.The Business Management System supports sales,leasing,property fees,heating costs,etc.;the Financial Management System supports general accounting,fixed assets,statements and other accounting operations and budget management services;Fund management system to support the bank's funds collection and payment services.M company budget management information system is affiliated to the Financial Management System.lt began planning in March 2015 and was officially launched in January 2016.Completion of the preparation,submission and approval of the budget statements of various departments in March 2016.The semi-annual budget was completed in July 2016 and analysis performed.Looking at the situation from the implementation to the official operation in the past two years,the budget management information system has many problems in the application process.For example,the posotion setting is unreasonable,andbudget execution monitoring is not in place.and it is impossible to provide early warning andreminder over the budget.Data with low performance in a timely manner,and it does not support the Budget Management work well,which leads to the budget management not,playing a real role.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current application status of thebudget management information system,identify problems,improve the level of budget management application,and truly play a role in supporting enterprise decision-making.Based on the above background,this paper intends to use case description,analysis problem,problem solving,and suggestion to conduct a case study on the application of M company's budget management information system.In research methods,learn from the life-cycle process model information system.The main contents are as follows:the first chapter analyzes the background and significance of the research and summarizes the relevant literature.The second chapter gives the basic concepts of the research object(budget management information system)and constructs the analysis system based on the subsequent case analysis.The third chapter describes the current situation of the application of M Company's budget management information system according to the second chapter,and the fourth chapter analyzes the problems in the application process.The fifth chapter gives some suggestions on how to improve the application level of budget management information system in M Company according to the results of chapter four.The final part is the summary of this article and the future prospects.The innovation of this paper is to use the information system model framework to conduct case study on M company budget management information system from the two aspects of life cycle stage and budget business process,and find out the problems in the application process of M company budget management information system:system application Failure to fully support the implementation of the budget management information system,the lack of data links with other business systems,the problems in the application business processes,and the problems in the life cycle,and then give targeted improvement suggestions for the above problems.The shortcoming is that the conclusions based on the M company may not be universal.Please correct by experts.
