Research On Financing Problems Of Innovative Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new historical position in the new era.However,the world economic recovery still faces many difficulties.Only by adhering to the new development concept,transforming the mode of economic development and optimizing the economic structure,China's economic construction can get out of the predicament of economic development.In 2018,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 12 th Heilongjiang Province proposed that we should adhere to the new development concept and focus on innovation-driven development in order to promote all-round revitalization of Heilongjiang comprehensive revitalization.Innovation-driven development is the first step of the new development concept.It is the key to building an innovative country and realizing the goal of building a strong socialist modernization country.Innovative enterprises are the important carrier for the construction of an innovative country,an important export for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and an important driving force for the development of economic innovation.The development of innovative enterprises in China began in 2005.Compared with the developed countries,they have developed relatively late.In the process of development,they are facing many difficulties,especially the financing dilemma,which seriously restricts the development of innovative enterprises.This paper selects Heilongjiang Province's innovative enterprises as the research object and deeply explores its financing problems,trying to find a new path suitable for financing innovative enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,cultivating new kinetic energy growth,and innovating and driving the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.Based on the above research purposes,this paper sorts out the research status of innovative enterprise financing problems at home and abroad,redefines the connotation of innovative enterprises,and summarizes the financing experience of innovative enterprises in Zhejiang and Guangdong province.Through searching data and field research,we find that there are some problems in financing of innovative enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,such as insufficient capital market financing,unbalanced government support,and low efficiency of financing by financial institutions.From the perspectives of enterprises,government departments and financial institutions,this paper analyzes the causes of financing difficulties for innovative enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,and puts forward corresponding solutions for the above three reasons.
