Investigation And Analysis On Insurance Willingness Of Cangzhou Golden Jujube

In July 2018,Hebei Agricultural Department and Provincial Forestry Department jointly issued the Regional Distribution Planning of Agricultural Products with Special Advantages in Hebei Province(2018-2020).The main producing areas of jujube are Cangxian,Huanghua,Hejian,Qingxian,Xianxian,Yanshan and Botou.In 2019,document No.1of the Central Committee again proposed to develop and strengthen rural industries,support the development of characteristic agricultural products economy,form distinctive agricultural products brand,and create the industrial pattern of "one village,one product" and "one county,one industry ".Shandong,Shanxi and other regions have insurance for their characteristic agricultural products design,and put into pilot projects.For example,Shandong has implemented target price insurance for characteristic agricultural products such as potatoes,garlic,onions,Chinese cabbage,etc.Shaanxi has implemented apple insurance.Gansu has implemented potato insurance and so on.The cultivation scale of golden jujube occupies a large proportion in Cangzhou 's agricultural industry.Data show that Cangzhou Golden jujube has a planting area of more than1.4 million mu,accounting for 44%of the planting area in Hebei Province,and is one of the important jujube products in Hebei Province.Cangzhou Golden Jujube has repeatedly won gold medals in large-scale expositions at home and abroad,including the World Expo,the National Jujube Fair and other high-quality awards,effectively driving the economic development of Cangzhou.Cangzhou golden jujube faces various risks,such as rainstorm,wind disaster,hail disaster,pests and other natural disasters.The way of jujube farmers to deal with the risk of golden jujube is also more traditional,lacking effective and advanced risk response strategies,and the research and development of insurance guarantee is still blank.Cangzhou golden jujube insurance can provide jujube farmers with the choice of risk aversion,in dealing with natural risk disasters have more confidence.Based on the data of characteristic agricultural products insurance,agriculturalinsurance and questionnaire survey,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey to determine whether Cangzhou jujube farmers have the willingness to insure Cangzhou golden jujube insurance and the factors affecting their insurance coverage.This paper is divided into five parts.Thefirst part is the introduction,mainly including the research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research content and methods,innovation and shortcomings.The second part introduces the basic situation of Cangzhou golden jujube industry development,including the current industrial development situation,the risks faced by the industry and the risk transfer methods of Cangzhou golden jujube.The third part designs questionnaires and conducts questionnaires.Through statistical analysis,the factors affecting farmers' insurance coverage are obtained,including age,education level,proportion of jujube planting scale to total planting scale,insurance awareness level,disaster situation,sales difficulty,insurance experience and financial subsidy.Several conclusions are drawn.The fourth part provides experience for the development of Cangzhou golden jujube insurance.The fifth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to eight factors affecting the willingness to insure:strengthening the support of governments at all levels for Cangzhou Golden Jujube insurance;strengthening the propaganda of agricultural insurance to enhance farmers' awareness of insurance;developing and designing new types of insurance to expand the supply of agricultural insurance;innovating insurance methods to optimize claims settlement services;focusing on basic information construction and establishing agriculture.There are five suggestions for insurance information sharing platform.The author believes that through the study of specific agricultural products in a certain area,the results can be more microcosmic and specific.Therefore,the development of Cangzhou Golden Jujube insurance has more practical significance,and also provides a reference for other regions to carry out characteristic agricultural products insurance.
