Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Leading Enterprises In Tongshan Of Xuzhou

The development of modern agriculture is inseparable from the agricultural industrialization management which is a significant way to achieve China's agricultural modernization.To comprehensively promote the integration of agricultural industry management can not only promote the rapid development of agriculture,actively integrate into the market economy and obtain more economic benefits,but also improve the agricultural production structure,change the mode of agricultural production,promote the linkage mechanism between enterprises and farmers and raise the farmers' income level.In the process of agricultural modernization,agricultural leading enterprises play an important role in promoting the development of agriculture,promoting agricultural development,driving farmers' income and guiding the transformation of agricultural production mode,which plays a significant role in promoting new rural construction.The rise of leading enterprises is conducive to the realization of agricultural modernization,is the driving force of advanced agricultural science and technology,and is the development of rural advanced productivity booster.Jiangsu Province is not only a large agricultural province,but also a large economic province.Vigorously develop and nurture agricultural leading enterprises is particularly urgent and important.To truly realize the industrial management,we must take the leading role of agricultural leaders to analyze in-depth the current market external environment and internal impact,so as to realize the goal of constructing a new rural,which can ease current problems in agriculture,farmers and rural development and promote the rapid development of rural economy.This paper intends to carry out field visits and interviews on some of the leading agricultural enterprises in Tongshan District,Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province,mainly from the basic situation of enterprises leading enterprises in agriculture,the types of enterprises,the main business structure of enterprises,the construction of agricultural products base,the brand building of enterprises,the enterprises' driven effect on farmers,and so on,so as to fully understand the current problems in the development of agricultural leading enterprises in Tongshan.At present,Tongshan agricultural leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization has entered a comprehensive stage of development,and has initially formed the processing enterprises with different levels and types of agricultural industrialization.At present,the region has 82 leading enterprises,including four national leading enterprises,nine provincial leading enterprises,38 municipal enterprises,and 31 district-level leading enterprises.The types of agricultural leading enterprises in Tongshan involves processing,cold storage,planting,breeding,integrated trade,technology research and development,and so on.And the product categories of those enterprises includes cotton,grain and oil,livestock,aquatic products,fruits and vegetables,flowers,dairy and other fields.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems and dilemmas in the development process of agricultural leading enterprises in Tongshan,and put forward some suggestions and reform measures to explore an inspiring way that is suitable for local agricultural development.It is found that the agricultural leading enterprises in Tongshan mainly has the following problems:the level of agricultural industrialization management is low;agricultural enterprises' financing costs are too high;science and technology investment is not enough;the brand awareness is not strong,and the quality and safety inspection and testing system is not perfect;the agricultural product processing industry policy support is not enough.In view of those problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions from five aspects:First,to expand financing channels flexibly;Second,to promote the integration of the primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry to improve the level of industrial operation;Third,to increase investment in science and technology;Fourth,to improve corporate brand awareness;Fifth,to increase government policy support.It is expected to provide some guidance and reference for the development of agricultural leading enterprises in Tongshan area.
