Research On The Agricultural Science And Technology Service In Crop Breeding Industrialization Of Tongshan

It is the central issue of building a New Socialist Countryside to develop agriculture and promote the development of rural economy. After years of exploration, the Crop Breeding industrialization operating model of Tongshan has achieved remarkable results. However, through the investigation of the current state of Crop Breeding industrialization, we can find that there are still some problems to be solved urgently in the agricultural science and technology service,and there will be challenges from all sides in the future. Based on this background, the agricultural science and technology service in Crop Breeding industrialization of Tongshan is systematic analyzed in the paper. And the paper is focused on the analysis of the state-led agricultural sci-tech demonstration garden model, the leading company breeding base model and the "Farmers planting by themselves demonstration mode represented"model, and it reaches the following conclusion.First, the building of agricultural extension talents is slow and the model of agricultural science and technology service is single. Second, the gap between the unqualified peasants and the modern peasants is too wide. Third, lack of policy support and financial guarantee handicapped agricultural science and technology service. Fourth, the leading enterprise fail to drive and the demonstration peasants are not interested in it. Last, brand competitiveness of the seed industry is small, and it lacks in the international exchanges.This paper conducts the study following the particular logic. Firstly, it introduces the related concepts about the Crop Breeding industrialization. Secondly, it investigates the current situation of agricultural science and technology service in the Crop Breeding industrialization in Tongshan. Then it tries to find out the frustration and challenges by the analysis. Finally, it takes others’ experience as lessons, such as agricultural science and technology service of the industrialization at home and abroad.
