| At present,the urban citizen number in our country has reach 7 hundred million,taking up half of the whole population.This change is not just a simple rise in the numbers,it represented that during the developing progress many agricultural registered permanent residence took off their hats and moved into the cities.It meant that the farmers’ occupation construction,consuming activity,living pattern and their values will undergo a very profound change.During the city is developing progress,large amounts of land are used,however those farmers’ who were asked to leave still owns a ’land love knot’,which means that they like to plant vegetables at those used lands located near the roads or in housing plots.These habits will do harm to the plots’ environment and disturb others’ lives.However,this kind of behavior was once their daily routine,therefore it is hard to abandon it.Meanwhile most of the young people are concerned about the food safety accidents and the heat island effect,some even wish to live in the countryside.So the balcony agriculture have extensive social foundation.But taking the problems of people who moved only live on a small amount of salary,the conditions of the newly built plots,whether the farmers fit into city life or not,the standards to carry out,and the most importantfactor is that it’s not widely accepted by people,into consideration,balcony farming still has a long way to go.Taking the cost of the balcony,the rising cost of land and the small size of land per family into consideration,we have to act and make resources distribute more reasonablely and what’s more,let men live in harmony with the environment.Growing vegetables and fruits not only freshen the balcony up,but can optimize the environment,and promote our city civilization as well.This article did research on the farmers’ living condition,the present situation of balcony farming and combined the concerned data and theory,on this basis we analyzed the housing conditions of farmers’ and the development cost of balcony farming.Meanwhile,we distributed surveys among farmers and staying single cases of farmers living on Qixiang Road of Qixiang district,we had a complete understanding of the size and use of farmers’balcony and their family economy conditions,whether they have free time and expercience of growing plants,thus analzing the possibilities of promoting balcony farming and what’s more,find out the problems and their causes,explicit the need of balcony farming after farmers concentrated distribution,and the meaning to economy,society and the environment.In this way we will be able to face new chances,let regional development put the development theory of ’Creative,Harmony,Green,Open,Share’ into reality and give some advice to our social management and policy in return. |
