Research On The Socialized Services Of The Tea Industry In Wanzhou District Based On The Needs Of Farmers

The rural revitalization strategy makes the development of agricultural industrialization be paid attention to,and the tea industry is one of the important ways to drive farmers to get rich,so it is paid attention by local governments.Wanzhou is located in the center of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,one of the high-quality tea industry belts in China and the birthplace of tea in the world.The tea industry occupies an important position in the development system of Wanzhou's agricultural industry,agricultural Industrialization is based on the perfect agricultural socialized service system.However,in the tea industry involved in pre-production,production,post-production service system exposed a lot of deficiencies.Therefore,the construction of a comprehensive,accurate and efficient agricultural socialized service system is necessary and significant for the development of modern tea industry in Wanzhou.Based on the theoretical basis of the division of labor system and market system of agricultural service,and combined with the relative description of agricultural socialized service system by scholars,this paper describes and analyzes the main body of tea industry service demand and supply,the connection between the subject of service demand and the subject of service supply provides the theoretical basis for the balance between the demand of tea farmers and the supply of service.Based on the demand analysis of tea farmers,first of all,through literature review,analysis of China's current tea industry and Agricultural Social Service System Development Status and related theoretical research;Secondly,through interview and questionnaire survey,we collect data from the farmers in the tea-growing towns of Wanzhou,which mainly include: the cognition of Agricultural Socialization Service and the supply and demand of agricultural technology service;Then,using the regression model analysis method with SPSS software,the data collected from Wanzhou tea farmers on the demand and supply of agricultural services are analyzed Finally,according to the current situation of Wanzhou tea farmers' satisfaction with the related service demand and the supply of agricultural socialized service,the paper analyzes the demand impact,and obtains the result of tea farmers' demand analysis,put forward to have pertinence,policy sex,feasible proposal.In terms of the supply of tea industry services and the demand of tea farmers,the demand exceeds the supply,and because the service level is not timely,in place and comprehensive,there are problems such as the sales channel of tea can not be well maintained and expanded,the personnel can not be reasonably concentrated,the processing technology can not be effectively promoted and the related equipment is not available,there is still a long way to go in the expectation of tea farmers,and the empirical analysis on whether individual,family,social and other factors affect the degree of tea farmers' demand for socialized services has been carried out,conclusion 1:The agricultural socialized service system,which is based on government public service organizations and with wide participation of diversified market subjects,has been formed.Conclusion: Household Labor,income from tea production,equipment and related insurance services have significant positive effects on the overall demand for agricultural socialized services.And whether the tea plantation income is the main income source of the family,whether they are willing to learn the relevant innovative technology,whether they will take the initiative to obtain the relevant information of the tea industry,whether there are plans to expand the tea plantation area,etc..But the factors such as the age of tea farmers,the education level of tea farmers,the tea farmers' understanding of the Socialization Service of tea industry,and the land quality of tea growing will not affect the tea farmers' demand for agricultural socialization service.Through the analysis of these factors,we can clearly understand the Wanzhou Tea Industry Social Service Development Direction.Based on the above analysis,the development of Wanzhou's tea industry should improve the tea farmers' cognition of the social service and expand the service providers under the condition that the social service meets the tea farmers' demand,targeted and efficient development of tea farmers according to the needs of social services to meet the needs of tea farmers,and thus improve the speed of tea industry development in Wanzhou.
