With the process of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in China,a large number of rural labor force has been transferred,the level of agricultural material,technology and equipment has been continuously improved,the transfer of the right to operate contracted land has been significantly accelerated,and the development of moderate scale operation has become an inevitable trend.Practice has proved that land transfer and appropriate scale operation are the only way to develop modern agriculture,which is conducive to optimizing the allocation of land resources and improving labor productivity,to ensuring food security and the supply of major agricultural products,and to promoting the popularization and application of agricultural technology,agricultural efficiency and farmers' income.In recent years,with the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei region becoming the national strategy and the establishment of xiongan new area,the current situation of land transfer and contract utilization in hebei region has become the focus of people's increasing attention,and the transfer of rural land contract and management rights in hebei province has been expanding year by year.This paper studies the behaviors and effects of farmers' participation in farmland transfer in this region from multiple perspectives,including:In the first part,the background of rural land transfer is analyzed,and the current research status of rural land transfer in domestic and foreign academia is analyzed.This paper briefly introduces the research content,research methods and technical routes,and analyzes the possible innovations and shortcomings of the study.The second part is the definition of concepts and a review of related theories.Define the relevant concepts used in this study,and sort out the relevant theories of agricultural land,lay the theoretical support for the follow-up study of this paper.The third part establishes the decision-making model of farmer households,and chooses the rural land transfer households in Hebei Province as the research object to carry out empirical analysis,to analyze the influencing factors of farmer households' farmland transfer,the role of these influencing factors,and the income effect ofland transfer.The fourth part is to analyze the overall situation of land transfer in Hebei Province,and to analyze the problems existing in land transfer and the reasons for these problems.The fifth part analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by rural land transfer in hebei province under the background of coordinated development of Beijing,tianjin and hebei.Through research,the author of this paper concludes the wishes of farmers involved in land circulation and key decision factors for the head of the household,family characteristics,villages,etc.,in hebei province rural land circulation speed,but around the development not balanced,the standardization of the rural land circulation,the circulation of time also is insufficient,cause damage to the interests of farmers,in the process of circulation will lead to farmers circulation is low;In addition,general market environment,inadequate security system,lack of financial support and slow economic development are also factors restricting rural land transfer.Overall coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei to hebei province rural land circulation brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges,the government should actively meet the social development and transformation,under the background of national strategy,grasp opportunities for development,actively promote the rural land circulation promote rural modernization hypothesis,to help farmers to achieve the target of optimization flow,so as to maximize the interests of the family.
