With the economic globalization nowadays,competition among banks no longer solely relies on traditional methods such as material capital investment and economies of scale.Instead,it promotes innovation by increasing human capital investment and improving the level of human resources management,which has become a magic weapon to improve the competitiveness of banks.The training of bank employees is the key to improve the quality of bank employees and solve the problems of bank development.As a provincial branch of the AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK OF CHINA is committed to serving the national strategy and supporting the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.As the main business of adb,credit staff construction is the core of healthy and sustainable development of adb,while training is the key to improve staff quality and solve development problems.This thesis selects the training of credit staff in the H-branch of the Agricultural Development Bank as the research object,and systematically studies and summarizes the status quo of credit staff training.On this basis,the questionnaire is designed,from the training recognition,training organization and arrangement,According to the five dimensions of training demand information and training effect evaluation,through the questionnaire survey in the province,it is concluded that the training of the H-share branch of the Agricultural Development Bank is low,the training lacks scientific planning,the training form is single,and the training content is difficult to meet the credit position.Staff needs,training teachers are weak,lack of scientific assessment and evaluation systems.Through in-depth analysis,combined with the development direction of the agricultural human resources planning and the credit staff training system,the paper puts forward the design plan of the employee training system for the agricultural credit issuance,and formulates the goal of “taking the agricultural distribution strategy as the guide and serving the core needs of the agricultural distribution.Based on the credit job talent ability model,the credit position staff development is the entry point for the credit job staff training goal.At thesame time,based on the research and analysis of training needs,it puts forward the five mechanisms of establishing a special training management department,establishing a training demand research mechanism,a credit lecturer admission mechanism,a credit personnel qualification access mechanism,and a training effect evaluation mechanism.Credit position staff training management mechanism.According to the needs of employees at different levels of credit positions,through the enrichment of training methods,establish a professional credit lecturer team,actively expand the training channels and other measures to carry out targeted training,to promote the implementation of credit job training programs,and to carry out the training of credit staff.The evaluation of training effect provides theoretical basis and practical criteria for the future training work of ADBC.
