With the development of the theory and practice of human resource management in China is gradually mature, the role of human resources in enterprise management is getting more and more attention. How to redesign an effective training scheme to improve their comprehensive abilities, stimulate the enthusiasm of staff, improve staff loyalty, promote the development of enterprise, make enterprise benefit maximization is an important topic in Ningxia branch of ADBC. This topic is also the core content for the research of this paper.This paper based on theory and practice. Firstly, on the basis of analysis of domestic and overseas training status and achievements on theoretical study, using questionnaires conducted a survey on the current situation of staff training and the problems existing, the currently existingin staff training issues in-depth analysis. Secondly, according to the problem of training in Ningxia branch, we designed the training demand problem, and then designedthe training scheme in two levels. Finally, the premise and guarantee measures for the implementation of training scheme are discussed, thus to ensure e the effective implementation of training scheme.
