Employee training has become the key aspect of enterprise talent strategymanagement, and has been highly favored management in Enterprises. Enterprisesgenerally believe that in order to achieve rapid development of enterprises andindividuals, one of the most important measures is to strengthen the training ofpersonnel management, and it is more conducive to it in a more favorable position inthe increasingly fierce market environment. Nevertheless, the deficiency and defect inenterprise training reduce the effectiveness of the training, thereby cause distrust ontraining effectiveness. This is the confusion encountered in enterprise training.This paper takes staff training of China Mobile Terminal Company Jilin Branchas subject, the use of field research method and other methods argumentation, Jilinterminal company staff training conducted in-depth research, focused on the analysisof its real problems and inadequacies by outstanding enterprises home and abroadadvanced experience training system, starting from the actual situation of enterprises,proposes to tackle the problem targeted wealth targeted and more practical trainingsystem-building programs.This article first terminal industry development status, mobile terminals andJilin terminal status and prospects of development of the company carried out adetailed introduction summarizes the mobile terminal industry since2007developments, but also ushered in our smart terminal development opportunities,industrial development Progress and Global terminal in sync. In this marketenvironment, in order to create space for innovation and development as soon aspossible in the terminal industries cultivate self-management ability and competition,China Mobile Communications Group established a company in this terminalspecialized mobile terminal operating system, market-leading position. Secondly, Jilin terminal distribution and structure of company personnel, the company’s keystrategic initiatives coming years and the company analyzes the status of training anddevelopment of Jilin terminal corporate training strategies and programs to enhancethe training targeted.
