Study On Evaluation And Development Strategy Of Agricultural Modernization Level In Northeast China

Agricultural modernization is a long-term process to promote the gradual transformation of traditional agriculture into modern agriculture,and it is a good prescription to solve the issues of agriculture,rural area and farmers in China.Northeast China has a long history of agriculture and unique agricultural resources.It is an important production area of China's grain and has made irreplaceable contributions in safeguarding national food security.Improving the level of agricultural modernization in Northeast China will effectively improve the overall level of China's agricultural modernization.In the new era,agricultural modernization in Northeast China faces higher standards and requirements.In order to more accurately grasp the actual development of agricultural modernization in Northeast China,and to improve the level of agricultural modernization in Northeast China,scientific quantitative analysis methods should be used to integrate Evaluate the level of agricultural modernization in the Northeast and find out the factors that influence the process of agricultural modernization in the Northeast.Based on the existing agricultural modernization level measurement research results,combined with the actual development of agriculture and other aspects in Northeast China,this paper evaluates the level of agricultural modernization development in Northeast China by constructing an agricultural modernization level evaluation system.First of all,this study summarizes relevant research results at home and abroad,summarizes the evolution and development process of agricultural modernization,and clarifies the research ideas of agricultural modernization.Secondly,this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of agricultural modernization by interpreting the classic agricultural modernization theory,and carries out a detailed analysis of the agricultural situation in NortheastChina.Thirdly,this paper studies the agricultural modernization level of Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province by using the global principal component method to construct the agricultural modernization level measurement system in Northeast China.The comprehensive evaluation of the main factors affecting the agricultural development of the provinces and the differences in the development of agricultural regions in Northeast China;Finally,based on the evaluation results,it is clear that the Northeast region needs to improve the level of agricultural modernization,and it is necessary to put forward appropriate policy recommendations to help the Northeast region accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization.The research results are as follows:(1)From 1998 to 2017,the level of agricultural modernization in Northeast China gradually increased.The comprehensive scores of agricultural modernization in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province increased from-0.580,-1.996,-0.736 in 1998 to 2017 respectively.1.027,0.276,0.469.But on the whole,the Northeast is still in the development stage of agricultural modernization.(2)There are regional differences in the level of agricultural modernization in Northeast China.Liaoning Province has the highest level of agricultural modernization,followed by Heilongjiang Province,and Jilin Province has the lowest level of agricultural modernization.(3)The agricultural development status of the three northeastern provinces is affected by the selected indicators.The agricultural development in Liaoning Province is greatly affected by factors such as agricultural machinery,chemical fertilizers and other agricultural production factors,urbanization development,etc.The industrial structure has contributed less to the improvement of agricultural development in Liaoning Province,and the crop planting area has the least impact on agricultural development in Liaoning Province.In different periods,the influence of each main component on the agricultural development of Jilin Province is different.In 1998-1999,2002 and 2005-2017,the second principal component contributed a lot to the improvement of themodernization level of Jilin Province.In 2000,2001 and 2003,the improvement of agricultural modernization level and the change of crop planting area in Jilin Province were compared.Great relationship;in 2004,the improvement of the level of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province was greatly affected by the first principal component.Similar to Jilin Province,there are also differences in the degree of influence of the main components on Heilongjiang Province in different periods.From 1998 to 2010,the level of agricultural modernization in Heilongjiang Province was mainly affected by the change of crop planting area;since 2011,factors such as increased financial support for agriculture and improvement of rural environment have the greatest impact on the improvement of agricultural modernization level.The contribution rate of the first principal component to the agricultural development of Heilongjiang Province has been at a low level,which indicates that the relationship between the index contained in the first principal component and the agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province is relatively small.
