Incentive mechanism is an important part of corporate governance mechanism.It is also an important guarantee factor for the efficiency,quality and loyalty of employees.Generally speaking,enterprise has a scientific and perfect incentive mechanism system will directly affect the stability of employees,also affect maintain long-term and stable business development activities of the enterprise.Therefore,the optimization and improvement of incentive mechanism has been one of the important topics in the process ofhuman resources management for a long time.Under the environment of global economic integration,the competition of banking market in our country is becoming more and more fierce.Among them,the competition of professional talents is an important method of the market competition among banks.According to their own characteristics,commercial banks seek and absorb elite talents through their incentives methods such as high salaries and higher vocational positions,therefore to enhance their own stable development in the financial market and industry competitiveness.SY Bank C Branch,as a front-line operation organization of regional city commercial banks.Compared with many large state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks,there are certain gaps in brand effect and financial products.As the manager of sub-branch C of SY Bank,the author recognizes the shortcomings and shortcomings of his own organization,and knows that improving the stability of the staff and training the professional quality of the staff are important guarantees for the stable development of the sub-branch in the future market competition and business activities.Therefore,how to establish the incentive mechanism system of sub-branch according to market changes and employee mentality has become one of the key tasks of the author in the management activities.This paper is divided into six chapters.The background and significance of the topic have been determined as the starting point.Based on the related concepts and theories of incentive mechanism,and combined with the management work and staff interviews that the author has been engaged in for a long time in sub-branch C of Bank SY,this paper analyses and summarizes the existing problems of incentive mechanism such as performance appraisal system,salary management system and post promotion system of sub-branch C of Bank SY,study and design the incentive mechanism reform program of sub-branch C of Bank SY,the ultimate goal is to effectively improve the quality of work,efficiency and corporate loyalty of employees through relatively scientific and perfect incentive mechanism reform,and to contribute to the healthy and long-term development of sub-branch C of Bank SY in the future.
