Research On The Exit Mode Of Jilin Province’s Homestead Based On The Willingess Of Farmers

Rural residential land is not only a place for farmers to live in,but also a part of their family economy.It plays the role such as production,life,ecology,economy,society and culture.For the peasants,the rural residential land plays a special role of “settling down”,and concerns the interests of peasants,the harmonious stability of rural society and the overall development of urban and rural areas.It is one of the key links in rural revitalization for how to rationally allocate rural land resource,optimize rural production,living,and ecological spatial layout while strengthening the protection of arable land,activate rural construction land,and give full play to the basic,guiding and controlling role of land in rural development.The withdrawal of rural residential land is an exploration of a new road to urbanization.It is an important means to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of urban construction land,optimize the allocation of rural land resources,and realize the sustainable development of regional economy and society.Guided by economics,sociology,land resources management and other disciplines,this study uses social survey and statistical analysis methods,organic combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,empirical and normative analysis,to explore in depth the withdrawal process of rural residential land.Based on a detailed investigation of the using status and trend of rural residential land in typical areas of Jilin Province,rural collective economic organizations and farmers’ willingness to withdraw,this paper analyzes the internal characteristics and vacancies of rural residential land in Jilin Province.According to the guidelines of prudence,voluntary compensation and classified guidance,this paper uses Logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to withdraw.The Logistic model is used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to withdraw,and several modes of rural residential land withdrawal in Jilin Province are proposed,and it makes the preliminary exploration of the withdrawal of rural residential land in Jilin Province.
