Research On The Motivation,Path And Economic Consequences Of China Stocks Returning To A Shares

In the early 21 st century,there was a boom in the overseas listing of China Stocks.However,since 2010,there has been a privatization of the Chinese stocks.Some of the companies that choose to privatize and withdraw from the market hope to return to the domestic market..This paper takes the three or six zero as the research subject,and studies the motivation,path and economic consequences of returning to the domestic A-share market after the privatization delisting,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for other Chinese stocks seeking to return to domestic A-shares.Based on the research on the motivation,path and economic consequences of Jiangnanjiajie's return to the A-share market,the paper draws the following conclusions: The motivation for the return of domestic A-shares in March 30 th is mainly to obtain high valuation and seek long-term development and seek stable listing.Environment,lowering the cost of listing and maintenance,and favorable domestic policy support;when faced with the return path choice in the return to the domestic A-share market,this paper compares the time cost,economic cost and regulatory attitude of the two paths of IPO and backdoor listing.According to the analysis of the path problem,it is believed that Jiangnanjiajie is economic,efficient and stable.After the return to the A-share market,the market responds well,there is no performance “face change”,financial risks are reduced,and the capital structure is reasonable.,enhanced profitability and good development potential.One of the innovations of this paper is to study method innovation,and use the event research method to analyze the market reaction of the return of A-shares from Jiangnanjiajie to Sanliuling.The second innovation is to study the perspective innovation and to change the motivation of the stocks from the perspective of the case.,path and economic consequences analysis,provide a practical reference for the plan to return to the enterprise.
