| Under the background of the supply-side reform proposed by the state,the irreplaceable role of the advertising industry in leading consumer trends,promoting technological innovation,and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading is becoming more and more prominent.However,the boundaries of the advertising industry are being broken,and advertising companies are ushered in an unprecedented Opportunities and challenges.In order to comply with the social and economic development trend of the new era,enterprises have paid more and more attention to human resources management.In line with the requirements of corporate strategic development,most of the world’s top 500 companies have established human resource sharing service centers to actively explore the transformation of human resources management model.With the concept of shared services being transmitted to China,domestic enterprises have also established human resource sharing service centers,There are many advertising enterprises in Kunming National Advertising Industry Park.However,due to the scale of enterprises and the quality of employees,enterprises do not have the conditions to establish a human resources sharing service center separately.However,it is worthwhile to explore the model of human resources sharing service center in the whole park.This paper first analyzes and interprets the relevant research results of the human resources sharing service center construction,including the concept,characteristics and value of the human resource sharing service center,the development of the shared service model,the construction of the human resource sharing service center,etc.;Based on the basic situation of the National Advertising Industry Park in Kunming,this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources service management in the park and the current situation of human resources management in the park,and uses questionnaires and interview survey methods to understand the satisfaction of human resources management in the park,and analyzes the current human resources of the park enterprises.On the basis of the problems in resource management;on the basis of this,analyze the necessity and feasibility of building a human resources sharing service center in the park,scientifically plan the process and functions of the construction,and analyze the potential of the park to build a human resource sharing service center.Challenges and coping strategies.Taking the Kunming National Advertising Industry Park as a case,this paper actively explores the construction of the human resources sharing service center based on the industrial park.The research results will not only help the park improve the quality of human resource management services,but also promote the level of human resources management in the park.It can also provide some reference for the construction of human resources sharing service centers in the relevant industrial parks. |
