In the past ten years,with the continuous expansion of the advertising market and the attention of the state to the advertising industry,China's national advertising industry park has been built.In order to realize the upgrading and development of the park and promote the sustained growth of the advertising industry,it is imperative to promote the cluster development of the national advertising industry park.The research on cluster development of advertising industry park and pilot park in 32 countries has reference significance for the future development of advertising industry park in China.The strong support of our political environment,the solid foundation of the economic environment,the active construction of the social environment and the innovation and transformation of the technological environment,have provided a good macro environment support for the cluster development of the national advertising industrial park in China.On this basis,the cluster development of the 32 industrial parks has harvested the preliminary results.The cluster development of the national advertising industrial park in China is generally developed along three stages,namely,clear cluster consciousness of the planning and construction stage,the establishment of the cluster standard and the cultivation of the industrial cluster in the stage of operation,Because of different leading forces,three different cluster forms appear,which are government-leading type“Changsha form",market-driven type"Shanghai form" and universities-oriented type‘Guangzhou form“.However,in the process of industrial cluster development of the park,there are still some problems,such as the subject of the development,the imperfect development model,the small development scale,the low industrial concentration and the lack of the driving force for development.In order to solve these problems in order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the cluster,it is necessary to clarify the functions of the cluster development subject,establish the scientific cluster development model,cultivate the large cluster of virtual advertising industry,construct a complete industrial chain of advertising cluster and optimize the dynamic system of the cluster development.Based on the theory of industrial cluster,the theory of communication,economics and advertising is applied to the practical framework of the cluster development of the national advertising industrial park.The article is intended to make some exploratory research on the cluster development of the national advertising industrial park.
