With the development of national information technology,a large number of information design and construction needs have emerged in government enterprises and other industries.As a communication design industry,enterprises are also facing the problem of business expansion and lack of regional professionals.Therefore,it is also discussed to meet business development needs through the establishment of cross-regional virtual teams.The management objects of virtual teams are knowledge-intensive teams,whose members have stronger autonomy.They also have higher requirements for Leaders'attention and support,other members' skills and recognition,team culture atmosphere,spiritual motivation and recognition.At the same time,due to the time interval between leaders and team members,members and members,there are some obstacles in communication and information acquisition.The efficiency is also lower,so its management complexity is higher than the traditional team,and the focus is more on people.Virtual team has been used in some international and domestic applications,and because of its high resource utilization,travel cost and time cost reduction,this team model is used more and more in the domestic information and communications industries,and has a certain universality.Although these enterprises have applications,they still haven't formed a systematic management mechanism.Managers also rely mainly on traditional project experience for exploratory management.There are some problems,such as team formation or deviation in the delivery of results,and delivery time is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,the author of this paper takes a communication design institute as the research object,based on the theoretical knowledge of management and the conclusions of previous studies on virtual teams,combined with the current business development and problems encountered by the design institute,by distributing questionnaires of different dimensions to the management team and team members of the design institute,and taking the key factors of virtual teams as the core management questions.Question investigation and analysis,put forward relevant suggestions for improvement,in order to provide a reference way of thinking for teams encountering similar problems.
