In recent years,with the full launch of China’s national economy and social information construction,the information industry has developed rapidly.Modern information enterprises are also facing many severe challenges in the rapid development.How to acquire core competitiveness and become a modern information enterprise quickly One of the core strategies.Many modern information enterprises have established virtual teams to improve their competitiveness.In a sense,whether to build a strong virtual team is one of the key factors for the success of modern information enterprises.Information system projects have always had characteristics such as high demand,uncertain direction,rapid change,and frequent staff turnover.These characteristics require modern information enterprises to have a high level of project management,especially in team communication management.Especially when modern information enterprises adopt virtual team development projects,the communication management difficulty between team members across regions,time zones and cross-cultural backgrounds is exponentially increasing.Therefore,it is necessary to have a scientific and reasonable communication management mechanism to ensure virtual teams.The communication management work is carried out smoothly,ensuring that the virtual team tasks can be completed as expected.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the uneven development of local development,more and more modern information enterprises are facing the problem of virtual team communication management.Many enterprises set up their business departments in first-tier cities such as Beishangguang,and set up R&D centers in Tianjin.Second-tier cities such as Xian,Chengdu,Hefei,etc.,which led to these modern information enterprises can only use virtual teams as the main body of project development.PL is a large multinational company whose informatization project team chooses to form a virtual team.Their virtual team uses scientific management and advanced tools to communicate projects across time,space,organizational boundaries and even countries.The virtual team is more flexible and can quickly adapt to market demands and effectively reduce operating costs.However,because the project team members are in different regions,compared with the traditional organization,the communication management of this organization is very different from the traditional organization.This paper takes PL company as the research object,summarizes the theory of communication management and virtual team,uses questionnaire to study the current communication management status of PL company,and uses SPSS 19 to analyze the questionnaire data,mainly frequency analysis,reliability analysis and validity.Analysis,factor analysis and descriptive analysis,mining the normative,training,competition atmosphere,communication channels and communication effectiveness of PL company virtual team communication management.Analyze the reasons for the communication management problem of PL company virtual team,and propose five ways to build a unified communication standard system,create a competitive atmosphere,improve the communication ability training system,improve the effectiveness of virtual team communication channels,and enhance the effectiveness of virtual team communication.Solve the problems faced by PL company virtual team communication management.The purpose is to provide guidance for the virtual team communication management of PL company,and hope to provide reference for the communication management of the same type of unit virtual team.
