The importance of fulfilling corporate social responsibility has been recognized by more and more people with the popularity of corporate social responsibility. Therefore, how to promote senior managers in enterprises to perform more social responsibility or improve the quality of CSR performance has become a hot topic of academic discussion. At the same time, the reform of state-owned enterprises has entered the white-hot stage, and the reform of the executive compensation incentive system of state-owned enterprises has been pushed to the forefront of the reform again. However, there are few literatures about the relationship between the executive compensation of state-owned enterprises and the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility in China, and the research Angle is relatively simple. How does the executive compensation of China's state-owned enterprises motivate executives to fulfill their social responsibility? Under the circumstances of different marketization processes, how will the influence mechanism of executive compensation of state-owned enterprises on corporate social responsibility change? Will this influence change in enterprises with redundant resources? My paper from the perspective of the essential characteristics of state-owned enterprises in the context of transition economy, combined with ERG demand incentive theory, behavioral decision theory and new institutional economics theory, discusses the influence mechanism of executive compensation of state-owned enterprises on corporate social responsibility,as well as the adjustment mechanism of marketization process and organizational redundancy.Taking the state-owned holding listed companies in Shanghai and shenzhen from 2011 to 2016 as the research samples, the empirical study finds that:(1)Soe executive compensation has an inverted u-shaped effect on CSR,that is,the compensation level can effectively promote the improvement of CSR level within a certain critical point, but after the critical point,it will have the opposite effect, that is,reduce the degree of CSR performance.(2)The process of marketization will positively adjust the inverted u-shaped influence of soe executive compensation on CSR,that is,it will enhance the promoting effect of soe executive compensation on CSR and weaken its hindering effect on CSR.(3)However,the regulating effect of organizational redundancy on the inverted u-shaped relationship between the executive compensation of state-owned enterprises and corporate social responsibility has not been verified in the empirical test, which needs further research and discussion. At the end of the paper, based on the domestic political and economic background and related research, respectively for the government and enterprises put forward the corresponding policy and countermeasures and Suggestions, and summarize the full text of the writing process, put forward the shortcomings of the article research and the paper's future research direction.
