Analysis Of The Willingness Of The New Agricultural Operation Subject To Participate In Rural Land Finance And Its Influencing Factors

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been rapid development,in the economic development of the express train,the development of China's agriculture is also constantly improving.Grain output has been increasing for many years,and farmers have made remarkable achievements in increasing their income.However,the development of agriculture in China is still faced with many problems,which are restricted by the shortage of agricultural basic resources,the increase of the price of production factors,the overall quality of production and operation subjects is not high,and agricultural laws and regulations are not perfect.The mode of agricultural production in China has led to these restrictive factors.After the reform and opening up,the mode of agricultural production in China is the household contract responsibility system,and the peasant households operate independently.Most of the production efficiency is not high,and the mode of production is relatively backward.Therefore,in order to change the status quo,we must change the mode of production and operation and implement modern agricultural production.2012 central rural economic work conference,puts forward the concept of new type of agricultural management main body,and in order to realize the development of the country is a major strategic deployment,backward agricultural development mode in our country at present stage,the slow process of modernization of agriculture,new type of agricultural management main body is put forward,in order to accelerate transformation of the mode of agricultural development and accelerate the process of realizing agricultural modernization,it is also the party central committee on socialistic modernization construction,in response to the rural agricultural development put forward new challenge.In recent years,the new rural agricultural management main body got rapid development,management main body scale has been expanded,funding gap is becoming more and more big,they need to solve the financing difficulties of new operators is imminent,so in this paper,by studying the new agricultural management main body participation willingness and influence factors of rural land financial is important,this article through to jingzhou city rural land finance development,the financing structure of new type of agricultural management main body and the way,the new type of agricultural management main body the benefit of the rural land financing situation of new type of agricultural management main body participating in the current situation of rural land financial analysis.Based on the field survey of new agricultural operators in jingzhou city,the willingness of new agricultural operators to participate in rural land finance was analyzed with statistical analysis and Logistic empirical model.The empirical results show that the age of household head has a negative impact on the willingness of new agricultural operators to participate in rural land finance.Management used land area,cultural degree,whether involved in agricultural loans,financing need how many,whether land financial institutions financial products,the land needed for their financial institutions whether to allow a variety of ways of joint mortgage on the wishes of the new agricultural operators to participate in rural land financial has a positive effect.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the influencing factors for the participation of new agricultural operation subjects in rural land finance,such as the construction of rural land financial system,laws and regulations and land property rights,financing process and financing costs,the construction of mortgage guarantee system for new rural operation subjects,and the factors of new agricultural operation subjects themselves.Based on the analysis results of the willingness of new agricultural operators to participate in rural land finance and the influencing factors and the actual situation of jingzhou city,corresponding policy Suggestions are put forward for the existing problems.
