Research On Optimization Strategy Of Bank A Outlets Layout From The Perspective Of Value Engineering

Business outlets are the basis of commercial banks'business activities.For the large commercial banks in China,most of the existing outlets are basically arranged according to administrative divisions under the planned economic system,which is indispensable for the vigorous development of commercial banks.At present,the layout of commercial bank outlets is mainly characterized by a wide range of points,complex levels,large management spans,and mismatched service functions.The emergence of Internet finance has greatly changed the way of settlement of traditional banking services,greatly reducing the use of cash,and greatly diverting offline business.In the past,many businesses need to be handled through manual service or self-service devices,but now most of them can be very convenient and fast to handle through internet channels.This change of business makes the layout of commercial bank's outlets inevitably need to be optimized.This paper uses value engineering theory to analyze the functions of banking outlets from the aspects of shareholders,employees,customers and social responsibilities,to analyze the cost of banking outlets from the aspects of financial cost and risk cost,then gives measures and suggestions to improve the value of the business outlets.At the last establish a value measurement model.At the same time,this paper combines the status of A bank outlets,uses the value measurement model,comprehensively analyzes the cost and business functions of each type of outlets,and proposes A bank outlets layout strategy and optimization plan,to implement the A bank outlets transformation strategy.On the one hand,we must use a variety of methods to carry out comprehensive cost strategy management,rationally arrange the layout of business equipment within the outlets;on the other hand,In order to optimize the business outlets layout and type.we must actively expand our business,and comprehensively consider the corporate social responsibility and customer needs according to the economic environment of the region where the business outlets are located.
