Study On The Model Of Regional Agricultural Production Structure Adjustment

China's agricultural development is in an important period of reform.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the issue of agricultural development.The central document No.1 of 2004-2018 is focused on the“three rural issues”.According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics in 2015,China's total grain output increased for the 12 th year in a row,and the agricultural market has changed from a seller's market to a buyer's market.On this basis,the main problems and contradictions hindering the development of China's agricultural have been transformed from the lack of total agricultural products to the unreasonable structure of agricultural products.However,the management way that changes agricultural production structure is faced with a lot of uncertain element inevitably.In order to accelerate the supply-side structural reform of agriculture and take the path of modern agricultural development featuring high output efficiency,product safety,resource conservation and environmental friendliness,it is necessary to conduct deep exploration on the adjustment of agricultural production structure.Therefore,how to effectively adjust the agricultural production structure and improve the agricultural production mode has become an urgent problem to be solved in China's agricultural development.This paper explores the historical process of China's agricultural development under the current historical transition period and socialist modernization,and focuses on the construction of regional agricultural production structure adjustment mode to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural production structure.After referring to the relevant literature,the concepts of ontology,agricultural production structure and regional agricultural economy were briefly expounded,and the related theories involved in the adjustment of regional agricultural production structure were briefly summarized.After referring to the relevant research of senior scholars and the actual situation of agricultural development in a certain region of Jiangxi Province,this paper extracted four factors affecting the adjustment of regional agricultural production structure,which are value provision,customer service platform,infrastructure and financial accounting.Finally,based on the ontology and other related research theories,this paper constructs a regional agricultural production structure adjustment model,and uses e~3-value software to simulate the agriculturalproduction situation in a certain region of Jiangxi Province.The simulation results show that the regional agricultural production structure adjustment model proposed in this paper can effectively promote the adjustment of agricultural production structure,thereby promoting the exchange of value of regional agricultural products and effectively improving the economic benefits of agricultural production.Based on the actual situation of China's agricultural development,this paper analyzes a series of contradictions in the process of agricultural production structure adjustment,and simulates the agricultural development situation in a certain region of Jiangxi Province based on the research data,and provides the guidance of research theory and method for the related research of agricultural production structure adjustment.
