A Study Of The Influence Of Agricultural Producer Services Industry On Agricultural Production

Agricultural producer services is the important factor to deepen the rural reform,promote the agricultural structure and lead the technological innovation,which is the crucial force for the transformation of the traditional agriculture.Therefore,it is necessary for Guangdong Province to enhance its agricultural competitiveness and comprehensicely promote morden agriculture development level,so that probes out a way for the development of morden agriculture with Guangdong characteristics since it has a large population and a strong consumption capacity.As a result,we should not ingnore the effect of the agricultural producer services and accelerate the establishment of the perfect agricultural producer services system.Given the above reasons,this paper analyzes the mechanisms of the agricultural producer services to facilitate agricultural income,agricultural production efficiency and agricultural structure adjustment,which mainly include the mechanisms of division deepening,industrial cluster,capital investment,labor quality and technical progress.In addition,based on the situation of the development of Guangdong Province agricultural producer services,this paper explores the questions of agricultural producer services development and the influencing factors to restrict and weaken the internal motivation for agricultural producer services development.As far as empirical study was concerned,grey correlation methods were used in the paper to probe into the correlations between various agricultural production service sectors and agricultural income,agricultural production efficiency and agricultural industrial structure optimization.On this basis,the partial least squares regression model was established with the application of partial least-squares regression analysis,based on the agricultural data in Guangdong from 2000 to 2014.In this way,it aimed to dig deep into the effect that agricultural production service industry in Guangdong Province on the development of agricultural production.According to the empirical studies:(1)Social supporting systems boosting adjustment and optimization of agricultural structure include mainly agricultural technology extension services and agricultural insurance services.(2)Agricultural information service and agricultural extension services have played an effective role in guiding the production of farmers and improving agricultural efficiency.Due to the potential moral hazard of farmers in Guangdong Province,however,rural insurance services will hinder,to some extent,the improvement in agricultural production efficiency.(3)Rural insurance services in Guangdong Province play an important part in increasing the income of farmers.And meanwhile,as “harvest paradox” and the “low rice price that hurts the farmers” exist in Guangdong Province,agricultural technology extension services will come as slight barrier to the increase in farmer incomes.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes relevant suggestion,that is: the government should have a positive action,perfect related laws and regulations;accelerate the development and innovation of rural financial insurance service,strengthen its support on agricultural producer services;optimize the structure of the talents team,to provide intellectural suooprt for the development of agricultural producer services;integrate the service resources,cultivate and develop diversified service subject.
