Research On Financing Risk And Prevention Of PPP Project In City Project Of Logistics Park In TY District

Encouraging the development of PPP projects is conducive to the marketization of public resource allocation,the reform and innovation of investment and financing mechanisms,the integration of social resources and the stimulation of private investment.At present,a large number of PPP projects are emerging in China,and as a common infrastructure construction project,it is increasingly common to use PPP mode for investment and construction.However,although the combination of municipal engineering and PPP mode has broadened the project financing channels and alleviated the financial pressure of the government,it is still unable to avoid such problems as large amount of project investment,long construction period,low profit level,complex risk factors,and great difficulty in project execution and management.Therefore,combining with the existing PPP project management experience and relevant theories,this paper starts with the identifiable PPP project financing risks,and seeks for the ways and effective methods that can not only adapt to the current development trend of municipal engineering projects in China,but also maximize the characteristics of PPP model.In view of this,this article to TY zone logistics park municipal engineering PPP project as the research object,carries on the TY zone logistics park municipal engineering of the PPP project financing risk identification,set up riskassessment system,from the perspective of quantitative analysis of the risk assessment,and based on risk assessment results of TY zone logistics park municipal engineering PPP project financing risk prevent measures are put forward.The research content of this paper is divided into the following six parts:The first part is introduction.Firstly,it introduces the PPP mode,the background of PPP project financing,and the purpose and significance of preventing the financing risks of PPP projects.Secondly,it sorts out the relevant research results and theories at home and abroad to provide guidance for the research of this paper.Finally,it expounds the research content,methods and ideas of this paper.The second part is the concept definition and related theories.This paper introduces the concepts and theories involved in the research object of this paper from three aspects: the overview of PPP model,PPP project financing theory,project risk and risk management theory.The third part is the application and status quo of PPP project financing in TY district logistics park.Through the detailed introduction of the TY district logistics park municipal engineering related situation,including its project content,implementation process,operation mode,investment mode,etc.,for the follow-up launch of TY district logistics park municipal engineering PPP project financing risk assessment to laythe foundation.The fourth part is the identification and evaluation of financing risks of PPP projects in TY district logistics park.Firstly,it introduces the content of financing risk management of PPP projects of TY district logistics park.Secondly,it identifies the project risks and establishes a risk evaluation system.Finally,it USES the analytic hierarchy process to get the key factors of financing risks of PPP projects of TY district logistics park.The fifth part is the risk prevention of PPP project financing in TY district logistics park.Through risk assessment,the key factors of the financing risk of the PPP project of the logistics park in TY area were obtained.Combined with the project characteristics,the corresponding risk prevention measures were put forward according to the key factors.The sixth part summarizes and prospects.This paper summarizes the research content of financing risk and prevention of PPP project in TY district logistics park,and the effect and significance of the research content on similar projects in reality.Finally,the paper points out some deficiencies in the research process and puts forward the prospect for future research.
