Study On Green Financial Policy For Eco-development Of Rogional Economy

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,Jiangxi's economic and social development has achieved historic achievements.The gross national product has grown at a rapid rate year after year,the quality of development has continuously improved,and people's living standards have increased substantially.Especially since the beginning of the 21 st century,the industrial structure has gradually changed from“labor-intensive” to “capital-intensive”,from “two highs and one surplus” to “green low carbon”,but the overall carbon emission intensity in Jiangxi Province at the level,it can be found that it is still in a gradually rising channel,and the per capita carbon emissions and even the growth rate are increasing year by year.The reason is that Jiangxi is still in the process of accelerating industrialization and urbanization.In the short term,it is impossible to fundamentally change the long-established extensive economic development model characterized by high energy consumption,high emissions and low circulation.Under this development model,the limited supply of resources and the decreasing environmental capacity have led to the contradiction between the development of Jiangxi's industrial economy and the protection of environmental resources,and poses a huge challenge to the sustainable development of Jiangxi in the future.Vigorously developing a low-carbon economy and a green economy has become an important breakthrough for Jiangxi to change its inherent “economic growth-environmental pollution” model and completely transform its economic growth mode.This paper firstly combs the relevant research status of green finance theory and ecological development theory of regional economy,focusing on the further analysis and interpretation of the development and evolution of green finance,the theory of regional economic ecology and the concept of green finance.It is found that the research focus of most experts and scholars is at the macro level or in a certain industry category,and few people have studied green finance in combination with the actual situation in Jiangxi.On the basis of previous studies,we combine the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects of green finance in Jiangxi and the sub-industry related to green finance to conduct in-depth comparative analysis,analyze the development status and potential development opportunities of Jiangxi green finance based on big data analysis,and try to put forward green financial policy for the eco-development of regional economy.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly includes the background and significance of the research,literature review,research ideas,methods and architecture.The second chapter begins with the theoretical analysis of green finance,mainly including the related research of green finance and regional economic ecological theory and the related viewpoints of the industry.The third chapter mainly analyzes the demand and feasibility analysis of green finance based on the actual situation of Jiangxi Province and Ganjiang New Area.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the local water resources industry,atmospheric treatment industry,solid waste treatment and resource recycling industry,new energy and clean energy industries in Jiangxi,and uses data comparison to find some potential development opportunities.The fifth chapter concludes that specific implementation measures can be proposed,such as improving the existing green financial system,innovate green financial products,increasing policy inclination and financial support for green financial development,consolidating green financial infrastructure construction,improve the legal and regulatory system of green finance.
