Research On The Profit Model Of YOUON

In the past,people's daily consumption mainly came from the production of traditional industry,but the traditional industry was accompanied by high energy consumption and high pollution,which brought huge burden to the environment.With the deterioration of the environment,people gradually realize the importance of environmental protection.In recent years,people began to pay attention to how to use idle resources,saving production.The sharing economy is also accompanied by this idea.One of the biggest concerns of the sharing economy is the travel industry.In the past two years,shared bicycles have become the focus of people's attention.Bike-sharing is aimed at solving the "last mile" pain point of travel for people to travel.However,due to the fierce competition in the bike-sharing market,how to make sustainable profits in the market competition has become an urgent problem for the bike-sharing enterprises.Based on the research results of profit model and sharing economy by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper takes Youon as the research object,using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and field investigation,etc.On the basis of expounding the operating environment of Youon's profit model and Youon's profit model,this paper analyzes the profit point,profit source,profit lever and profit barrier of Youon's profit model.Based on the comparative analysis of other profit models in the contract industry,this paper finds out the problems existing in the profit model of Youon,and puts forward the improvement and operation guarantee measures of the profit model.The research in this paper is of great practical value in improving the competitive strength and profitability of Youon,and can provide reference for the improvement of Youon's profit model.At the same time,this article hopes to play a certain role for other bikesharing enterprises to improve their profit model.
