The number of goods stored in the automated warehouse are very large and numerous varieties. If you do not plan the slotting distribution program in advance,it will lead to warehousing operations congestion and interruption. Thus, affect the efficiency of the entire warehousing operations. In addition, with the changes of market demand and production and operation activities, goods stored in automated warehouse will also be a corresponding change in the number and type with the cumulative effect of time,so the original slotting distribution program is no longer applies, you need to reallocation the slotting of goods. Therefore, assign the slotting of goods for automated warehouses is one of the important decision-making contents in the automated warehouse management activities. At present, the majority of research scholars in the study of the slotting distribution problems based on the consideration of the stability of the overall shelf, the efficiency of out of storage,sub-road storage, the relevance of goods and other principles, only to improve the stability of the overall shelf and the efficiency of out of storage as the goal, and build the corresponding mathematical model of the slotting distribution of goods, without take the effect of other principles on the slotting distribution of goods into account. Therefore,Based on improve the overall stability of the shelves and the efficiency of the storage, this paper take the relevance principle of goods into account, that is,require the relevance of the goods stored on the near slotting during distribute the location of goods. When solving the mathematical model, mostly use a simple weighted genetic algorithm. However, this simple weighting of multiple targets ignores the unity of the units between the objective functions. At the same time,it is easy to fall into the local optimal, which is the immature-convergence problem, during solute the mathematical model. Therefore, aiming at these problems, while normalizing multiple optimization goals introduce the multi-population genetic algorithm to solve the problem of the units are not uniform between the objective functions and avoid the immature convergence of the genetic algorithm. In this paper, summarizes the research status on the problem of the slotting distribution for goods and analyzes the effect of slotting distribution on warehousing operations. Then, this paper introduces the structure of automated warehouse and summarizes the storage modes of goods and the relevant principles of slotting distribution, and based on these puts forward three optimization goals of the slotting distribution program of goods: improve the efficiency of storage and lower the equivalent gravity of the overall shelf and to ensure the relevance of goods store in the nearby slot on the shell. Then, establish the mathematical model of the corresponding multi-objective slotting distribution program, which according to the optimization goals of the slotting distribution program of goods, and then the multi-population genetic algorithm is designed to solve the mathematical model.Combined with the information of the number and weight of the parts in the experiment of car model assembly line to solve the mathematical model of the slotting distribution program of goods,Then, make a comparative analysis on the objective function values corresponding to the results of the multipopulation genetic algorithm and the simple weighted genetic algorithm to verify the stability and superiority of multi-population genetic algorithm for solving the slotting distribution program of goods. Finally, the Flexsim software is used to simulate the slotting distribution program, and verify the validity of the slotting distribution program of goods from dynamic perspective.
