Research On The Decision Support System Of The Retail Business Support

The retail industry has develop rapidly in China and abroad.In order to increase the competitiveness of enterprise,there are many large retail companies that attach great importance to product category and customer's analysis based on POS data,membership data and online sales data.These companies have specialized data analysis teams to provide regular and irregular analysis reports and special data for decision-making,marketing departments,category management and other departments.Case study method,qualitative and quantitative research methods,comparative analysis method will be used in this paper,basing on Sinopec non-oil product category analysis and decision support application to study the application of Sinopec Yi Jie convenience store in the aspects of product introduction,product elimination,promotion activities and other key categories of management processes,information systems how to provide ancillary decision-making support for enterprises;the product sales relevance,sales forecasting,store cluster analysis,product weighted scoring and other data mining capabilities how to support enterprises in their daily operations to explore potential business opportunities,find their own profit points,improve business strategy;How can data analysts flexibly perform data exploration and visual analysis when using self-service analytics.Enhance the level of analysis and means of business through information system decision support,predictive analysis,data mining,statistical analysis,self-analysis,system management to provide supportive support for business operation decision-making,and lay a solid foundation for the entire sales enterprise's non-oil retail data mining system construction.
