Study On The Procurement Strategy Of TC Company Based On Material Classification And Positioning

For China's rail vehicle manufacturing industry,it has entered a mature stage.However,due to the lack of product differentiation,in addition to the quality level and technology platform,cost advantage will be an important factor affecting the product competitiveness of the rail vehicle manufacturing industry.Modern purchasing management thought,purchasing work directly in the face of internal cost and external market competitiveness,in the nature of the strategic,by finding other departments can't perceive the opportunity,if the enterprise purchasing management can take advantage of these opportunities,will continuously for the enterprise to reduce the production cost,bring the biggest profit.Foreign railway vehicle manufacturing giants make procurement strategies based on material classification and positioning,improve the supplier system,improve procurement cost management performance,and significantly increase the competitiveness of enterprises.The circumstances of the supply chain of the enterprise has become an important assessment index,results of the business enterprise procurement as an important part of the supply chain,its operating efficiency will restrict the overall competitiveness of the enterprise,the reasonable purchasing strategy will determine the purchasing work,so scientific and rational procurement strategy is an important subject of purchasing management.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper mainly studies the material classification of railway vehicle manufacturing enterprises and their corresponding procurement strategies.This paper first describes the development trend of procurement management strategic procurement theory and procurement strategy at home and abroad research status;Then analyzed the characteristics of railway vehicle industry purchasing materials and industry characteristics,the Kraljic classified matrix,the ABC classification method and pareto law work together,from the risk of cost value and purchase two dimensions designed according to the material classification positioning of railway vehicle manufacturing model,it analyzes the different positioning according to the classification of materials procurement strategy;Then in the background of the railway vehicle manufacture enterprise TC company,according to the position classification model of material design of purchasing material classification positioning,and formulate the corresponding to different classification material sourcing strategy,make the TC company in the procurement plan,inventory strategy and optimize supplier management strategy aspect,after the TC company nearly three years of enterprise purchasing data analysis to verify the material of the rationality of the positioning model and the effectiveness of the procurement strategy.
