| In recent years,with the expansion of bar code application scenarios,the development of the industry has ushered in opportunities and attracted more enterprises to join,and the industry competition has intensified.At the same time,the price and quality requirements of bar code application in the downstream consumer market are constantly improving,while the quality and price of raw materials supplied by upstream suppliers are also in a fluctuating state.In this context,in order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprise bar code products and ensure the supply of raw materials at the production end of products with quality,quantity and price,it is necessary to strengthen the management of procurement links.This paper takes F company,a medium-sized enterprise in the bar code industry in Shenzhen,as the object for targeted analysis,and discusses how enterprises can optimize procurement management in the current supply chain environment,so as to support the development of production and business activities and help enterprises further achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.Under the guidance of relevant theories of procurement management,this paper discusses the current situation of material procurement management of F company,analyzes the main problems existing in enterprise procurement management,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the optimization objectives,specific optimization strategies and implementation guarantee schemes of procurement management.According to the research,F company has some problems in material procurement management: insufficient classification and refinement of purchased materials,unreasonable design of procurement process,low informatization level of warehouse management of purchased materials,loose supplier management,etc;The material procurement management problems of company f are mainly caused by the narrow classification standards of purchased materials,the failure to treat the procurement process from the value-added level,the insufficient investment of funds,the limitation of the modern development of warehouse management,and the neglect of the importance of comprehensive management of suppliers.Combined with the strategic service objectives,supply assurance objectives,operational objectives and strengthening risk response ability objectives of F company’s procurement management,this paper proposes an optimization scheme based on Kraljic matrix for the classification of procurement materials,improving the procurement process system,enhancing the informatization level of the warehouse management system and strengthening the supplier management ability.Through the implementation of the improved procurement management plan,company f has better supported the achievement of the enterprise’s development strategic objectives,ensured the stable and stable supply of raw materials,and improved the operational cost control effect. |
