With the emergence of energy crisis and environmental pollution,the government actively advocates energy conservation and emission reduction by encouraging the promotion and use of new energy vehicles,and giving financial and taxation benefits to enterprises that purchase and use electric vehicles.For logistics companies,considering the rising price of oil and other fuels,the development of electric vehicle technology and the government's financial subsidies,the advantage of electric logistics vehicles is gradually reflected in reducing operating cost.G Company,therefore,like many other logistics companies,chose to use electric logistics vehicles for urban distribution.However,due to the mileage limitation of electric vehicle and infrastructure of the charging stations continually to be improved,it is necessary to rationally plan the distribution route to ensure the delivery cost under the premise of satisfying the customer's logistics experience.Based on the above background,this paper conducts the following research on the distribution path planning of multi-model electric logistics vehicles of G Company.(1)The classification of vehicle routing problem and its solving algorithm are introduced,including three commonly used algorithms for solving the vehicle routing planning problem,that is,the precise algorithm,the classical heuristic algorithm and the modern heuristic algorithm.After comparative analysis,the genetic algorithm with both precision and efficiency is chosen as the main algorithm of the problem mentioned in the thesis.(2)The distribution status of G Company's multi-vehicle electric logistics vehicle is analyzed.Firstly,the parameters of multi-model electric vehicles of G Company and the layout of distribution centers and charging stations are introduced.Secondly,due to the characteristics of electric logistics vehicles and the purchase of electric logistics vehicles in batches,the problems of G Company in urban distribution are analyzed.Finally,the factors affecting the city distribution route planning of G Company's electric logistics vehicle are analyzed,including mileage,service time,charging time,load limitation and charging station layout.(3)The mathematical model of the distribution route planning problem of multi-model electric logistics vehicles of G Company is established.Firstly,the difference between the objective function and constraint conditions of the distribution path planning model of the multi-model electric logistics vehicle of G Company and the traditional vehicle path planning is analyzed.Then introduce multiple models into the distribution path planning of electric logistics vehicles.Finally,considering the mileage constraints,service time requirements and various types of vehicle load restrictions and other factors,the G Company multi-model electric logistics vehicle distribution path planning model is established.(4)Combining the specific data of G Company,design the genetic algorithm that meets the G Company problem solving from coding scheme design,population initialization,constraint processing,fitness function,genetic operation and termination conditions.Then based on Matlab tool to achieve algorithmic functions,and analyze the results.Finally,the impact of customer service time,electric logistics vehicle mileage and load on the total distribution mileage and comprehensive distribution cost is analyzed.
