In China,with the improvement of the consumption level and the change of dietary ideas,the consumption of fresh food has increased year by year.People have higher requirements for the quality and price of fresh food.However,due to the backwardness of the development of cold chain logistics,the distribution of fresh cold chain foods is uneven in the region,such as fruits,vegetables and aquatic products.There exist distribution costs and large product losses,in the development of cold chain logistics.The problem of collaborative optimization of the location and delivery path of fresh food cold-chain logistics distribution centers has become the focus of research in this field.It can improve the operating efficiency of the entire cold-chain logistics,reduce the consumption of fresh food and ensure the quality of fresh food by the collaborative optimization of the location and transportation path of the fresh food cold-chain logistics distribution center.It can lead to reduce the overall operating costs of cold-chain logistics and promote the healthy development of cold chain logistics.Firstly,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign status quo of the problem of cold chain logistics and location for distribution center of cold chain logistics and routing optimization for fresh food.Secondly,it analyzes and describes the basic theory of cold chain logistics,the location and route optimization for distribution center of cold chain logistics,and the operation mode for fresh food cold chain logistics in urban China.Then,based on the characteristics and existing problems of the cold chain logistics mode of fresh food,it gives the objectives of the location selection and path optimization for distribution center of the cold chain logistics for fresh food.It analyzes the factors of warehouse,unloading and punishment,and time window.Finally,it establishes a bi-level planning model for location and routing optimization of distribution centers.Then the paper designs the solution flow of bi-level programming model combining enumeration and genetic algorithm.It uses the enumeration method to solve the distribution center location model and uses the genetic algorithm to solve the transportation path optimization model.At last,based on the background of HS Fresh Products A company,the paper designs a specific example of the distribution center location and transportation route optimization.It calculates the optimal location plan of distribution center and the optimal plan of route distribution,and verifies the practical feasibility of the model.
