With the rapid development of the regional economy and the strong rise of the city's new retail industry,China's intra-city logistics and distribution market shows a booming trend,but it is still at a low level,with a low degree of informatization and a high distribution cost,which restricts the further development of intra-city logistics and distribution.Considering the optimization of logistics distribution path in city logistics under uncertain demand is an effective measure to effectively reduce the distribution cost of intra-city enterprises,reduce resource waste and improve customer satisfaction.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of vehicle routing and distribution region division of intra-city,and analyzes the operation mode of intra-city and the main problems at the present stage.Secondly,the division method of intra-intra-city distribution area is determined,and an improved attractor propagation clustering algorithm based on entropy weight method is proposed.The RC101 data set is used to compare the division result with general AP clustering algorithm and k-means clustering algorithm,so as to verify the feasibility of the distribution region division method based on improved AP algorithm.Third,under the condition of uncertain demand,analysis of the process of intra-city distribution operation cost and build the minimum total operation cost of path optimization model,the fourth,aiming at building the vehicle routing optimization model of demand uncertainty,demand uncertainty problem can be converted to uncertain demand response and distribution route update strategy,based on local optimization distribution route update strategy and distribution division the global distribution of route update strategy,and design based on hybrid particle swarm algorithm of vehicle routing algorithm of decomposition stage;Finally,taking a Wuhan vegetable logistics enterprise as an example,80 groups of customer data were selected to verify the effectiveness of the model construction and solution strategy,and the results of the local optimization distribution path update strategy and the global distribution path update strategy based on regional division were compared and analyzed.The empirical results show that compared with the local distribution path optimization strategy,the global distribution path optimization strategy using the distribution region division reduces the number of distribution vehicles by 3,reduces the total operating cost by 35%,increases the capacity utilization efficiency of distribution vehicles by 25%,and reduces the default cost by 40.5%.The global path optimization strategy based on the division of distribution regions can effectively reduce the operation cost and improve the customer satisfaction intra-city.
