With the further popularity of e-commerce and China attaches great importance tothe development of logistics distribution, express industry and online shopping, citydistribution demand has been increasing. It not only provides opportunities for thedevelopment of urban distribution, but also in turn promotes the prosperity of theonline shopping market. However, the existing urban distribution service levels arefaced with triple pressure from society, customers and its own: Environmentalpollution and traffic congestion situation is getting worse; Customer personalizationand flexibility are getting higher; Independent enterprise delivery costs has becomeincreasingly demanding. Therefore, how to break through the existing distributionbottleneck, enhance the level of distribution services, and find a distribution modelwhich fits in the characteristics of the existing urban distribution needs is the keyproblem currently which needs to be settled.To solve the above problems, combining with the characteristics of urbandistribution under online shopping background: large orders, small batch, multi-type,high frequency, high randomness and time-effectiveness. The combination of demandanalysis, joint distribution and dynamic vehicle scheduling problem is researched inthis paper, in order to improve the efficiency and rationality of dynamic vehiclescheduling through the analysis of real-time order and using joint distribution mode.Therefore, the main research content of this article includes: At first, the urbandistribution change under the premise of online shopping environment and the existingurban distribution problems are confirmed. The necessity of the implementation ofjoint distribution mode is proposed. Secondly, the maladjustment between the existingurban distribution vehicle scheduling and current change trend are analyzed. The urbanjoint distribution dynamic vehicle scheduling based on demand analysis is proposed.Then, the urban joint distribution dynamic vehicle scheduling model based-demandanalysis is established from the standpoints of city joint distribution demand analysisand the urban joint distribution dynamic vehicle scheduling for the problem. Finally,the improved two-stage solution strategy and specific algorithms in view of the modelare proposed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm areverified through examples of calculation.
