With the rapid development of China’s economy and the expansion of the scale of the network trade market,the express delivery industry is developing faster and faster,but at the same time,it also increases the competitiveness among express delivery enterprises.As the core system within the express delivery enterprises,the optimization of the distribution system plays an important role in improving the distribution efficiency of enterprises,enhancing service quality,increasing the competitive advantage,expanding the market scale and customer satisfaction.In this paper,the distribution system in Shijiazhuang,the main city of Jingdong Express,is taken as the research object.Through practice,interview,investigation and analysis,it is found that the service capacity of the sales department does not match the supply and demand of the service area.The distribution scheme is not supported by scientific and reasonable algorithm,which leads to unreasonable distribution path,increased distribution cost and waste of distribution resources.The distribution information system lacks scientific decision support,which leads to some problems,less scientific,unsatisfactory management effect,increased cost and low on-board rate.Firstly,aiming at the unreasonable division of the sales department,a mathematical model for the division optimization of the sales department is constructed and solved,and the optimal layout scheme for the division of the sales department is obtained.Secondly,aiming at the problem of distribution route,a multi-objective model is established,and then the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the optimal distribution route scheme is obtained.Finally,aiming at the problems in the distribution information system,the optimization module of regional division of the sales department is added.According to the difference of business volume in the express delivery industry in the off-peak season,the optimal division scheme is obtained regularly by using mathematical model and Lingo software algorithm,and then the personnel and vehicles of the mobile group of the sales department are mobilized to ensure that the business volume matches the service capacity of the sales department.Join the distribution route optimization module,compile the mathematical model and optimization algorithm into the system,and at the same time,combine the GIS and GPS technology in the system to assist decision-making,simulate and analyze the optimal distribution route,and achieve the purpose of reducing the distribution cost.With a view to taking the distribution system in Shijiazhuang,the main city of Jingdong Express as an example,this paper analyzes and sorts out the distribution system optimization scheme by using mathematical model and optimization algorithm,which can provide support for enterprises to reduce distribution costs,improve work efficiency and increase core competitiveness,and provide reference and help for similar express delivery enterprises.
