The construction of 'the Belt and Road' is a significant measure for China's prosperity and common progress with countries along the route. It has promoted economic, political, cultural and technological exchanges, narrowed the distance between countries, and promoted the circulation of factors. But the infrastructure of many countries has been backward, which has seriously hindered trade between them. Therefore, the status quo of infrastructure along the route countries has become an important hardware support for the continuous implementation of the "Belt and Road" construction. The Central and Eastern European countries are the bridge between China and Europe. They are an important part of the countries along "the Belt and Road" and an important international trading partner of China. It is of practical significance to analyze the impact of infrastructure construction in Central and Eastern Europe on Chinese exports. The existing research is more to analyze the effect of infrastructure construction from a macro perspective, that is,China's export scale to countries along the route. This paper takes into account the special geographical location of Central and Eastern European countries, and uses these countries as research objects. Then add interconnection infrastructure indicators to more fully describe the status of infrastructure construction in Central and Eastern European countries. On the basis of China's export scale,China's exports are further subdivided into the quality, quantity and types of export commodities. From these four perspectives, the impact of infrastructure construction of Central and Eastern European countries on China's exports is analyzed.Regarding China's exports to Central and Eastern European countries, from the perspective of export scale,China's exports have been on the rise since 2000,but the share of total imports from Central and Eastern European countries is not high.In addition, there is an upward trend in the types and quality of exports to Central and Eastern European countries, taking the HS6 quintile in the UN Trade Database, using MATLAB software to write a program to decompose the export commodities of China to Central and Eastern European countries. It is found that China has increased the quality, quantity and types of exports of most Central and Eastern European countries in different degrees. With regard to the infrastructure of Central and Eastern European countries, this paper uses principal component analysis to construct infrastructure quality indicators to measure the infrastructure quality of Central and Eastern European countries. It is found that the infrastructure of 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe is generally aging, and the differences between countries are large. In addition, the quality of infrastructure in the Central and Eastern European countries that have joined the alliance is generally higher than that of the non-accession countries.Considering the importance of the interconnection infrastructure between China and Central and Eastern European countries for China's exports, the China Railway Express is responsible for China's main export product, mechanical and electrical products,so China Railway Express is regarded as the interconnection infrastructure indicators. In order to find out whether the infrastructure construction of Central and Eastern European countries has any influence on China's exports and what effect it has, this paper takes China's export scale to the Central and Eastern European countries, the quality, quantity and type of export commodities as the explanatory variables, regresses with the measured indicators of infrastructure quality in Central and Eastern Europe and the indicators of China Railway Express. And integrating China's export status to Central and Eastern European countries and the ternary decomposition of China's export, the conclusions are: First, the export scale has a large room for growth, and the export structure is relatively simple.Second,China's increase in the export scale of some Central and Eastern European countries has shown a trend of quality promotion.Third,Central and Eastern European countries have low levels of infrastructure and poor quality, and the gap between countries is large.Fourth, infrastructure construction has a significant positive impact on the scale and quantity of China's exports and a restraining effect on the quality.Fifth, the opening of the China Railway Express has a positive impact on the quantity and types of Chinese exports.Sixth, whether it is high-tech products or Non-high-tech products,China's trade growth model in the Central and Eastern European market is still "quantity-driven".
