Sales funnel has been used by industries to manage sales operation.It contains three parts including marking,protential customer conversion and sales department.The potential customer data will be transferred from marketing department to potential customer conversion and sales department successively.The conversion performance is a standard for company to evaluate its' operation level.WEBi English established in 1998.It has been using sales funnel which includes marketing,tele-marketing and sales department to manage marketing&sales operation.WEBi English's sales funnel turned worse and worse in recent years and kept low conversion rate.Through the problem,the root causes of internal and external have been analyzed to find the problems.The departments that participate conversion process are direct departments of sales funnel.The departments that support conversion process are assistant department.The direct departments in sales funnel have been managed carefully by running smooth operation processes and comfirmed responsibilities to build healthy competitive environment.The assisitant departments help to provide fair platform,excellent employees and incentive policy to strengthen the base of sales funnel.The problerns caused by direct and assistant department are the company internal issues.Besides it,the external tense competition increases WEBi English operation cost constantly.It is hardly to find profit growing power until WEBi English starts to innovate marketing and sales way.The value of the research helps WEBi English diagnosis the problems of sales funnel from all the aspects of operation.It is found that external environment also nagetively affect the operation of sales funnel.WEBi English has been suffered from high operation cost,fossil sales and marketing way,under-developed K12 English.Based on diversified problems,the research provides WEBi English how to improve its sales funnel.
