The staff as an important resource of the organization,have played a crucial role to the organization's growth and development,however,as the main power of the organization,the new employees appeared different degree of "adaptation".They are not familiar with the work skills,they can not adapt to the organizational rules and culture,which will make the new employees quit.Through learning the theory of organizational socialization tactics,work adjustment and self-efficacy of,we put forward the research hypothesis: 1.Organizational socialization tactics has significantly positive effect on work adjustment;2.Self-efficacy has a significantly positive effect on work adjustment;3.Organizational socialization tactics has significantly positive influence on self-efficacy;4.The relationship of organizational socialization tactics and work adjustment is positively moderated by the self-efficacy.Through the survey of new employees of Beiqi group,we obtain 200 valid questionnaires.And then,the coefficient alpha,EFA,factor analysis,correlation analysis and the moderating effect of verification were applied to test the hypothesis.Finally,all of the hypothesis were supported: 1.Organizational socialization tactics helps to improve new employees' work adaptation.2.Organizational socialization tactics helps to improve the self-efficacy of new employees.3.Self efficacy of new employees helps to improve their work adaptability.4.Self-efficacy can improve the relationship of organizational socialization tactics and work adaptation.5 Age,gender,education and seniority can significantly affect the job adaptability and self-efficacy of new employees.
