With the rapid development of China's economic speed,the era of knowledge economy has arrived,and knowledge resources have gradually become the core resources of enterprises.Knowledge resources are accumulated and stored in enterprises by human carriers.The most effective way for an enterprise to improve its ability to adapt to an uncertain environment is to constantly introduce new ideas and to provide support for the company's innovative behavior.And the innovation behavior of enterprises needs to accumulate knowledge resources through organizational learning to achieve.In high-tech enterprises,science and technology talents,as an important carrier of high-tech enterprise knowledge,are the core source of enterprise innovation.Through continuous learning and exploration,and accumulating knowledge and experience,Science and Technology talents can not only improve their comprehensive quality but also enhance the richness of their knowledge resources.Therefore,encouraging science and technology talents to actively learn is of great significance for high-tech enterprises to respond to changes in the external environment and enhance their competitiveness.The essence of innovation is to create creative connections between different knowledge.The creative integration of knowledge comes from learning,and learning is an important way to stimulate innovation.Looking back on previous studies,learning has been divided into two types of learning: exploratory learning and excavative learning.The two are collectively referred to as dual learning.Dual learning has gradually become a hot research area.However,most of the research on how learning affects innovative behaviors is concentrated at the organizational level,with less attention to the individual level,and empirical research on how individual learning affects its innovative behavior from two different learning methods is even rarer.The research takes science and technology talents as the research object,and explores how the learning mode of dual learning affects the internal mechanism of innovation behavior.In addition,this study introduces organizational support as a regulatory variable,and studies the specific relationship between learning styles and innovative behaviors of dual learning under the influence of organizational support.Because this research is based on organizational learning,human capital,and social exchange,the results of this study may have a certainexpansion effect on the application of organizational learning theory,human capital theory,and social exchange theory in the field of innovation.Based on the hypothesis,this study analyzes the collected data using statistical analysis software SPSS and AMOS on samples.The final conclusions are as follows:(1)Excavation under the regulatory effect of organizational support Learning has a significant positive impact on innovation behavior;(2)There is a significant positive impact on the support and implementation of innovative ideas under the regulatory effect of organizational support;(3)Duality under the regulatory effect of organizational support Learning interaction has a significant positive impact on innovation behavior;(4)Under the adjustment effect of organizational support,the dual-learning interaction has a significant positive impact on the innovation concept.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusions,the management suggestions under the different learning modes of entrepreneurial talents are encouraged,and the shortcomings of this research and the future research prospects are explained.
