Innovation is the fundamental driving force for enterprise development.As a representative of the transformation of science and technology,high-tech enterprises must take the road of independent innovation and continuous innovation,stimulate the enthusiasm of independent innovation,and improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation.The innovation consciousness and innovative behavior of employees are closely related to the independent innovation ability of high-tech enterprises.The independent innovation achievements of high-tech enterprises are all derived from the employees' innovative consciousness and innovative behavior.Therefore,how to stimulate the staff's innovation consciousness and the innovation behavior has become the goal of the staff management.This paper explored the impact of organizational innovation supports to employee innovation behavior by taking the employees of high-tech enterprises in southwest China as the research object,and introduced person-organization fit as a moderator variable,build the relationship model between the three.Then based on the survey of six provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)of the high-tech enterprises,we obtained 324 valid questionnaires.Following by the demonstrating and drawing conclusions by the software spss22.0,there are three points in the conclusion through the empirical analysis.First,the perception of organizational support has a significant positive effect on staff's innovation behavior.Second,person organization fit and three dimensions have significant positive effect on staff's innovation behavior.Third,human organization fit has a positive regulatory role in the impact of perceptions of support for innovation on employee innovation behavior.Among them,supplementary fit and demands-abilities fit have a significant positive effect on the impact of organizational innovation support on the innovation behavior of employees.Needs-supplies fit has no adjustment in the impact of organizational innovation support on employee innovation behavior.According to the research conclusion,this paper gives some suggestions on enterprise management from two aspects: organizational innovation support and human organization fit.One is to enhance the organizational innovation support:it mainly includes establishing the enterprise culture with "innovation" as the basic tone,setting up a full range of innovative incentive mechanism suitable for the southwest high-tech enterprises,and setting up an innovative training system in accordance with the southwest high-tech enterprises.Second,improve the person-organization fit: it mainly includes selecting talents with higher matching of Southwest high-tech enterprises,and tracking and resolving the problem of matching between employees and organizations in southwest high-tech enterprises.
