In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it pointed out that innovation is the first driving force for development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system.At the same time,it emphasizes strengthening social responsibility awareness,Since the party's 19th National Congress puts forward clear requirements for corporate social responsibility and innovation,is there a connection between the two,and whether corporate social responsibility can influence the innovation behavior through organizational learning methods?The article uses the Amos21.0 tool through questionnaire survey.Establishing a structural equation model to explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility,organizational learning and innovative behavior.The model intuitively reflects that corporate social responsibility and organizational learning significantly positively influence innovation behavior,with path coefficients of 0.444 and 0.351 respectively.The positive impact of corporate social responsibility on innovation behavior is reflected in the economic,moral,and legal aspects of the enterprise.And charity responsibility;the positive impact of organizational learning on innovation behavior is more reflected in the shared vision,and the impact on learning commitment and open mind is slightly less.In addition,the positive impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational learning is most significant,with a coefficient of 0.894,which is mainly reflected in the two aspects of new products(behavior,material,ideas,technology,etc.)and faster development.The overall regularity of the relationship between the three can reflect its strong explanatory power.This paper studies the innovation behavior from the perspective of corporate social responsibility and organizational learning,and then proposes measures to improve the status of corporate social responsibility and strengthen organizational learning in this context.China's research on innovation behavior mostly begins with corporate governance.This paper supplements the research results of innovation behavior to a certain extent,and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to undertake social responsibility in the context of innovation,and regards corporate social responsibility as the background.Other research topics of variables have certain reference significance.
