Research On The Settlement Mode Of Commodity Concrete

In recent years,China's national economy has developed vigorously,the construction market has experienced unprecedented brilliance,housing has also experienced commercialization and marketization.Commodity concrete,as the basic material of Engineering construction,shines brightly in the process,and its demand increases rapidly.Under the urgent demand of the market and the guidance of government policies,the number of concrete mixing stations has risen sharply,and become the main production unit of concrete.The "commercial concrete" produced by concrete mixing stations has completed the substitution of "on-site mixing concrete".Commercial concrete mixing station has become the main supplier of concrete market.Under the special requirements of high profits and demanders,concrete mixing stations have signed various transaction contracts with demanders.As a product of the relationship between supply and demand,there are two main ways to define the amount of commercial concrete transactions(settlement)in terms of "construction drawings" and "supplier's receipts".Especially in the case of buyer's market,it is easier to settle according to the drawings,but it is difficult for the buyer and seller to reach an agreement on the amount of settlement in the final settlement,resulting in frequent legal disputes.This article is written to solve this problem.Starting from the feedback from both sides of supply and demand-commercial concrete mixing station and buyer's construction unit,this paper uses the form of problem investigation to objectively summarize the problems,and studies various behavior modes under the settlement mode of commercial concrete,so as to make the contradiction between supply and demand case.Combining with the analysis method of supply and demand in economics,this paper discusses the shape of supply and demand curve under different settlement modes,illustrates the characteristics of various settlement modes from the perspective of supply and demand,and explains the economic behavior of the reasons for excess of commercial concrete in principle.Then from the perspective of contract management,the meaning of "drawing settlement" is analyzed,and it is clear that "drawing settlement" is a kind of "total price contract".At the same time,we use the first-hand data in the construction unit to verify the economic analysis conclusion with consumption data,digitalize and index the real problems,verify the real questions,divide the excess responsibility weight,and draw the conclusion that the settlement mode of drawings itself is the cause of excess concrete in the construction unit,and find the way to solve the problem from the analysis of consumption data.At the same time,under the drawing settlement mode,the asymmetric game between supply and demand is elaborated,and the adverse selection of construction units is strongly explained by using strengthened program table and logical analysis.In order to verify the rationality of the settlement model analysis and the operability of the actual settlement scheme,a system is set up within the enterprise,a control scheme for the process of commercial coagulation soil is worked out and implemented.The correctness of the research results and the rationality of the project implementation scheme are verified from the perspective of the final results.
