| Over the years,in China e-commerce has developed rapidly and has penetrated into various fields of society.It has gradually become a vital way to promote economic transformation and upgrading and propel social and economic development.At the same time,as the important supporting industry of e-commerce,the express logistics has sprung up everywhere,and e-commerce has accelerated the development momentum of the current express logistics industry,the development of e-commerce will be directly affected by the express logistics industry in turn.At present,China’s express industry infrastructure construction is imperfect,and the express delivery industry lacks a unified standard.Each express company has its own logistics network layout planning,which leads to the result that the resources of the whole society cannot be fully utilized,this has become the main bottleneck restricting the development of China’s express delivery industry.The rationality of the logistics network layout directly affects the distribution efficiency and economic benefits of an enterprise,as well as affects the overall logistics efficiency of the region,and even affects the strategy formulation or policy release of the entire country.The layout optimization of the logistics network can not only improve the customer’s customer satisfaction,but also increase the income of the enterprise,and even help to break through the development bottleneck of the industry.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the basic theory of express delivery industry,this paper expounds the structure mode of China’s express delivery industry at the present stage,systematically studies the location method of express delivery outlets,and finally clarifies the idea of delivery network optimization for express delivery enterprises.Based on the economic conditions,traffic conditions,competition level and other factors,the initial selection of transfer stations is selected.From the perspective of enterprises,the two key indicators are comprehensively considered,and the total cost function and the monotonous increase of the segments are respectively constructed.The discrete-time satisfaction function establishes the two-objective hybrid optimization location model of the transfer station in this paper.The two-objective model is transformed into a single objective function model by constructing the evaluation function.The economic significance of the function solution result is to improve the unit customer satisfaction,cost.Because of the large number of second-level and third-level nodes in the three-tier express delivery network,the combination of nodes is exploding,which is a large-scale combinatorial optimization problem.Through the analysis of common heuristic search algorithms and combined with adaptive genetic algorithm.In consideration of the two advantages of large-scale combinatorial optimization problem,the adaptive genetic algorithm is finally used to solve the model.In order to further improve the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm,the adaptive genetic algorithm is improved,which is mainly reflected in the design of nonlinearity.An adaptive cross-mutation operator and an improved multi-round roulette selection operator combined with an elite retention strategy.Finally,taking the express delivery network of Y Courier Company in Haidian District of Beijing as an example,firstly,the SPSS tool is used to solve the estimated growth rate of express delivery,and combined with this growth rate,the future demand of end point is calculated,and then combined with other instance data and the parameters.The improved adaptive genetic algorithm program was designed by MATLAB tool,the transfer center location model in this paper was solved,the best location decision scheme was put forward,finally the number of facilities of the transfer center to be constructed and its specific service range are confirmed. |
