Before the development of e-commerce,the manufactures of fresh agricultural products mainly rely on traditional retail channel to sell products.In the development of e-commerce,a lot of manufactures make internet direct marketing channel as special channels.The establishment of internet direct marketing channel has changed the system.The phenomenon of traditional retail channel coexists of internet direct marketing channel brings new challenges to the theoretical research and management practices.Perishability is the biggest characteristic of fresh agricultural products from other products.In addition,freshness and real-time pricing are the important factors that affect the consumers demand.In this case,manufactures should deal with many problems,such as,inventory decision,pricing decision,the level of freshness and so on.At the same time,facing the development of the manufactures' internet channel,how do retailers to make management decisions? These are also the problems of academic and business concerns at present.In view of this,this paper's research object is based on the dual-channels of fresh agricultural products supply chain,using the perishable inventory model analysis framework,built fresh agricultural products dual inventory model,analysed the manufacture and the retailer's inventory decisions in the two different mode of inventory.Besides,through the numerical simulation analysis,this paper compared the manufacture and the retailer's management decisions,and study the freshness level how to impact on inventory decisions.Finally,according to the results of numerical experiments,we present the research implications.First of all,consumers can be divided in two kinds: one kind prefers traditional retail channel;another kind prefers internet direct marketing channel.This paper analysed the decision-making of two kinds of consumers in the dual-channel marketing system.Secondly,real time freshness,real time price and interact with channel factors should be taken into account.Third,according to the current inventory operation mode,this paper established the decentralized inventory model and the centralized inventory model.Finally,simulation analysis to be verified the relevant conclusions.Through a series of analyses and studies,we get the following conclusions: first,the manufacturer and the retailer have the unique equilibrium optimal solution in two kinds of inventory mode.Second,the inventory of the centralized inventory model is lower than the total inventory of the decentralized inventory model under the condition of not keeping fresh.In the case of the decentralized inventory model,the manufacturer sells low-loss products more favorable.In the case of the decentralized inventory model,the retailer sells low-loss products more favorable.Third,with the increase of consumer's preference for freshness,both of the two modes' inventory has a tendency to increase.In the case of the decentralized inventory model,the inventory of the manufacturer and the retailer changes with the fresh-keeping showed a tendency of first increases and then decreases.In the case of the decentralized inventory model,the inventory of the retailer has been increasing with the increase of the fresh-keeping.In addition,the manufacturer's fresh-keeping requirements of fresh agricultural products is higher than that of the retailer.In this paper,the research has very important theoretical significance and guiding value for the enterprises that the internet direct marketing channel has been established or not established.On the one hand,this paper has analyzed the management decision in the two different modes of inventory,such as,inventory,pricing,income and so on,which can make the enterprise realized the advantages and the disadvantages of the dual-channel.On the other hand,this paper also has analyzed the customer decision-making process in the dual-channel sales system,which can help the enterprise to formulate reasonable inventory decision and pricing decision.
