In modern enterprise management,the competition of human resources is one of the core competitions among enterprises,and the most direct competition of human resources may come from sales personnel,because sales personnel really master the market contacts,that is,the most critical human factors in the channels.So,how to have a good sales team?Recruitment-the throat of human resources work,the company wants to have long-term development,it must have an effective recruitment system.As for the recruitment method,the weighted resume method has the advantages of good validity,high availability and low cost.And resume assessment technology has become an indispensable part of recruitment and personnel selection.It is feasible in theory to improve the accuracy of recruitment of sales personnel by resume analysis,but in reality it is mainly used in the three fields of recruitment and selection of party and government organs,enterprises and institutions,and universities.This study takes a large number of sales personnel's resume information as the research material,and resorts to six experts from inside and outside the industry.Verify the weighted resume of sales position;Using weighted CV score to predict CV evaluation score;Preparation of weighted curriculum vitae instruction manual.In general,this study first USES Delphi method to grade all CV information,and analyzes the characteristics of sales personnel in high rating group,general rating group and low rating group.Then,using the qualitative research method and the curriculum vitae information of the curriculum vitae design group as the material,the first-level curriculum vitae items were analyzed and extracted.According to the distribution of curriculum vitae data,the second-level indexes were sorted out and coded.The weight of each index was given by the Delphi method,and a weighted curriculum vitae for sales personnel was formed.Secondly,the reliability and validity of the produced weighted curriculum vitae(Alpha=0.70)were verified by the calibration test group.Thirdly,this study used all CV data as materials,used the average of CV score as the predicted variable,and obtained a more practical regression equation(y=1.71+0.03x+0.0003x~2,R~2=0.42)through the regression analysis of CV score on the average of CV score.Finally,this study has compiled the use instruction on the sales position weighted resume.
