Research On The Current Situation And Reform Of Urban Street Financial Management System Of The A District

The Sub-district Office is the government's grassroots office with the function of manipulating various communities.At present,the financial management models of China's sub-district offices have their own characteristics,which are mainly divided into three categories: the elimination of the street financial management system,the tax-sharing street financial management system,the departmental budget-style street financial management system,and the financial rights and powers management within the street through different management modes.However,the operation of China's street financial system is still not perfect,and there are many problems,such as the mismatch between street power and financial power,tax source management and cultivation obstacles,street financial management irregularities,etc.These problems still need to be improved and deepened and the street financial management system will be further resolved.The dissertation probes into the current situation of the financial management system of the district and district in Area A through the literature research method and the case study method.Through accumulating relevant theories,information and data as the theoretical basis of the thesis,hence taking the financial management system of the A district street as an individual case,it is mainly from the evolution of the financial management system of the district A district and the operation of the financial system reform of the district A district.The specific research contents include the financial management system,operation content,financial power relationship,cultivation tax source status,public service capacity,and internal financial resources of the district A,so as to analyze the problems existing in the A area,and analyze the causes of the problems with combining domestic cases of the construction of a successful street financial management system and corresponding recommendations.On the one hand,I am striving for learning from the successful experience of street management in advanced urban areas,so as to promote the management of the economic activities of the district A in terms of fiscal revenue and expenditure,transfer payments,etc.;Simultaneously,I hope to promote the government's financial management of districts and streets and the improvement of relevant measures of the system,in-depth thinking on how to comprehensively deepen the reform of the district financial management system,and make adjustments in the future development strategy,thereby further improving the management level of urban streets.
