A Research On Risk Management Optimization Of Project Investment Of CJ Fund Company In The Context Of Big Data

With the continuous development and improvement of China's financial market,private equity investment funds play an increasingly important role in the capital market.Moreover,in the process of private equity investment,there are often some problems such as low transparency,poor liquidity,inadequate application of information technology such as big data,which also leads to the problem that the risks in the process of fund operation can't be effectively controlled.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the application of big data technology to the risk management of private equity investment funds.Through the analysis of three stages of project investment of CJ Fund Company,this paper finds out the problems of risk management in the process of project investment.In terms of pre-investment risk management,this paper analyses the internal environment,goal setting and event identification,investing risk management,risk assessment,risk response and control activities,post-investment risk management,control activities,information and communication,monitoring,and combines with its problems to find out the causes of its problems.The main risk problems before investment are found as follows: insufficient internal environment control,failure of project investment goal setting and inadequate project identification;main risk problems are found as follows: failure of risk assessment of investment decision,failure of risk response,inadequate control of project decision process;main risk problems after investment are found as follows: unreasonable project control in post-investment management,information and gap in management.On the basis of poor communication and failure of project monitoring after investment,combined with big data technology,the investment process of CJ fund company project is discussed in an all-round way.In view of the existing problems,it is proposed to optimize corporate governance and innovative fund operation,standardize investment management activities,optimize capital allocation,monitor project investment returns,strengthen the application of big data in the whole process,improve the level of risk management and control of big data,strengthen the construction of large data investment and risk management and control platform,strengthen the level of risk management and control of employees' big data,and strengthen the construction of risk management and control system of big data.In order to improve the level of risk management and control of CJ fund Management Company by using big data technology and promote the further development of CJ fund Management Company,measures such as strengthening human resources protection should be taken.
