In the process of operation and development of manufacturing enterprises,cost control has always been a universal problem.Manufacturing cost includes many parts,among which procurement cost accounts for a large proportion,which is regarded as the key to enterprise cost control.However,enterprises will be accompanied by various uncertainties in the actual procurement process,which will make enterprises face the risk of supply interruption at any time.In H enterprise's research found that H although multi-source procurement strategy adopted by enterprises can reduce the supply risk,there is a certain advantage,but in the choice of supplier distribution,the enterprise did not consider each supplier assessment of the risks of supply disruptions,nor with the actual data fully effective use of supplier information,so the choice order allocation methods lack of certain scientific nature and flexibility,unable to effectively reduce the enterprise cost.Under the risk of supply interruption,how to reasonably allocate orders has become the main problem of H enterprise's procurement.On the basis of introducing the existing supplier evaluation method,procurement process and order allocation strategy of H enterprise,this paper finds out the main problems of order allocation of H enterprise,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The influencing factors to determine the order allocation of H enterprise are supply uncertainty,demand uncertainty,supply interruption risk factor and cost factor.On the basis of identifying the sources of supply interruption risk of H enterprise,an evaluation index is constructed and the probability of supply interruption risk of each supplier is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.In view of the influence factors of order distribution,under the environment of supply disruption risk,in the face of the uncertainty of demand and supply,build to purchasing cost,delay in delivery and product quality as the goal number of order allocation model,and adopt the method of membership function and trapezoidal fuzzy number to transform multi-objective programming for the global optimal of single objective programming,and finally the related data generation into the model by genetic algorithm in MATLAB to solve,in order to get suitable for H the distribution of the optimal order strategy of the enterprise,for H enterprise after orders assigned to provide reasonable and effective method.
