Research On Risk Control Of Project Investment Of LX Government Guidance Fund Company

In recent years,local governments have led funds into a period of rapid development,effectively playing the role of leverage amplification and multiplier effect of financial funds.However,the local government has not yet established a set of scientific management mechanism in the aspect of risk control of government-guided fund project investment.Municipal-level government guides fund management institutions,project investment risk prevention and risk control problems are more prominent.This paper takes the investment risk control of the municipal government-guided fund project as the research object,and takes LX government-guided fund company as an example to analyze the problems,reasons and current situation of the current municipal government-guided fund project investment risk control.This study first elaborates the definition,characteristics,management mode and the specific content of risk points of the guiding fund.Then it introduces the current situation of risk control of LX government guiding fund company's project investment,the main risks currently faced and the reasons for the risks.Then,taking Liuyin Investment Fund as an example.Finally,the specific countermeasures of risk control are put forward from the aspects of risk control system,supervision mechanism,investment decision-making,innovative project investment mode,and professional talent team construction.
